Halloween in a small town. Ghosts walk, bargains are struck, journeys begin.

Bill Brown, a young widower, wakes up the morning after All Hallows’ Eve to find the power is out and a naked woman has materialized in his backyard birdbath. She claims to be the ghost of a girl who died some sixty years earlier. Now, she has three days on earth as an ordinary girl and she wants Bill to drive her to say a final goodbye to the boy she loved. Bill’s reward? She promises to reunite Bill with his wife one last time.

Even a sane, sensible man like Bill can’t resist the siren song of the impossible.

The deal is struck, plans are made and the journey begins.
